One system for the office, the classroom and the guardians

Our school management software brings admission, attendance, fees, exams and the school website into one dashboard that runs on your own domain. Everyone uses the same system, but each person sees only their own part: the accountant sees collections, the class teacher sees attendance and marks, and a parent sees their own children.

We built it for the way schools in Bangladesh actually work. Bills appear on the first of each month, results follow the board's GPA rules, guardians get an SMS when their child is absent, and the whole system switches between Bangla and English with one click.

It is a finished product with a live demo, so you can try it before you talk to us.

01

Nobody knows the exact fee due list

Bills are written by hand, partial payments sit in a register, and the accountant spends days before each exam finding out who still owes money.

02

Guardians hear about absence too late

A student skips class for a week and the family only learns about it at the parent meeting, when it is already a problem.

03

Result processing eats up whole weeks

Teachers calculate GPA in spreadsheets, the fourth subject bonus gets missed, and one wrong cell changes a merit position.

04

Admission season fills the office with queues

Paper forms, missing photos and guardians coming back again and again to ask whether their child got a seat.

05

The school website is out of date

Notices go up only on a Facebook page, results are shared as photos, and the website still shows last year's committee.

What the school management software includes

School website

Slider, about, head teacher's message, teachers, facilities, notices, news, events, albums, videos, downloads and a contact form, all managed from the dashboard.

Online admission

Guardians apply with photo and papers, get an application number by SMS and check status by mobile. The office approves or rejects, and an SMS goes out each time.

Student records and ID cards

Profiles with auto student IDs, CSV import and export, and front-and-back ID cards with QR verification printed nine per A4 page.

Daily attendance

Teachers mark attendance and guardians of absent students get an SMS the same day. Daily and monthly views plus a calendar for parents.

Fee bills and collection

Fee heads, class-wise structure, automatic monthly bills, sibling and scholarship discounts, partial payments and printed receipts.

Online fee payment

Parents pay through the bKash gateway or SSLCommerz, or send money to the school's number and enter the TrxID for the office to approve.

Exams, GPA and results

Written, MCQ and practical marks, the Bangladesh GPA scale with fourth subject bonus, tabulation sheets, mark sheets and merit positions.

Result search and GPA by SMS

Students and guardians find results on the website by roll or student ID, and the GPA can go out by SMS.

Merit and pass certificates

Certificates made straight from results in sixteen designs, with QR verification and PDF download.

Class routine

Periods and breaks with a teacher clash check, A4 printing and a today's classes view for each teacher.

Teachers, staff and payroll

Staff profiles and ID cards, salary sheets with allowances, deductions and bonus, salary SMS and printable pay slips.

Automatic SMS

Messages for absence, admission, payments, dues, results and salary, with editable text and a test SMS button.

Roles and permissions

Eight built-in roles with editable permissions. Hidden pages cannot be opened by typing the URL, and new roles can be added.

Nightly backup

Database and files are backed up every night to the server and to the school's own Google Drive, with manual download any time.

Who it is for

Private and kindergarten schools

Schools from Play to Class Ten that want admission, fees and results handled in one place instead of registers.

EIIN and MPO schools

The website shows EIIN, board, MPO code, committee, recognition letters and board results by year.

Head teachers and principals

See collections, dues, attendance and results without waiting for someone to prepare a report.

Accountants and office staff

Collect fees, print receipts, follow up dues and run payroll from the same dashboard.

Parents and students

One parent login covers several children, with attendance, bills, payments, results and mark sheets on the phone.

What changes after you switch

Every setup starts with a free requirements call, so the system fits how you already work.

Book a free call
  • The due list is always current

Every payment, discount and partial amount is recorded when it happens, so the accountant can print the due list in seconds.

  • Guardians know the same day

Absence, payment and result SMS go out automatically, so families stop finding out weeks later.

  • Results without the spreadsheet rush

Marks go in once and the GPA, tabulation sheet, mark sheets and certificates come out of the same data.

  • A calmer admission season

Guardians apply and check status from home, and the office only handles the cases that need a decision.

  • A website guardians actually use

Notices, results and admission information live on your own site instead of being scattered across social media.

  • Your data stays with you

Each school gets its own copy on its own domain and hosting, and Nexteio has no access to school data.

What school management software should handle in a Bangladeshi school

A school in Bangladesh runs on a yearly cycle: admission at the start of the session, monthly fees, class tests, half-yearly and annual exams, and a steady flow of notices to guardians. Good school management software follows that cycle instead of forcing the office into a foreign one. Before you compare vendors, write down the jobs that take the most time in your office today. For most schools the list looks like this:

  • Admission: taking forms, checking papers, giving a decision and creating the student record.

  • Fees: monthly bills, discounts for siblings or scholarships, partial payments and a clear due list.

  • Attendance: a quick roll call by the class teacher and a message to guardians of absent students.

  • Exams: mark entry, GPA under the board's rules, tabulation sheets, mark sheets and merit positions.

  • Communication: SMS for the moments guardians care about, plus a website that holds notices and results.

Our system covers each of these. Admission moves online with SMS updates, the class teacher marks attendance and guardians of absent students get an SMS the same day, bills are created automatically on the first of every month, and results follow the Bangladesh GPA scale with the fourth subject bonus. You can see how it works for a real school in our school system case study, and our article on the features a school in Bangladesh needs explains each area in more detail.

How to choose school management software for your school

Most product tours look alike for the first ten minutes. The differences appear when you ask about daily work. Use these questions when you compare options:

  1. Who owns the data? Ask where the database lives and who can open it. With our system each school gets its own copy on its own domain and hosting, and we have no access to your records.

  2. Does the result module know local rules? Ask the vendor to show a compulsory subject fail and a fourth subject bonus on screen, not on a slide.

  3. How do guardians pay? Many parents pay with bKash or Nagad from a phone. Check whether the system supports a merchant gateway, a card gateway and simple send-money payments confirmed by transaction ID.

  4. Can each person see only their part? A teacher should not open the fee report, and an accountant should not edit marks. Roles must be checked on the server, not only hidden in the menu.

  5. Does it work on a phone? Teachers often take attendance on their own phones, and many guardians never use a computer.

Also look at the public side. A school website with notices, result search and admission information saves the office many phone calls. Our guide to educational website design lists the pages guardians look for first. If you only need a website and not the full system, our custom website design team can plan one for you.

What affects the cost

We do not publish a price because two schools rarely need the same setup. The cost depends on the package you choose, the modules you switch on, how much old data needs to be imported, the SMS and payment gateways you connect, and whether you want the Nexteio credit removed through white-label. Hosting, domain and SMS credit are paid to those providers directly. We share a written quote after a requirements call, so you know what is included before any work starts.

The three packages are a useful starting point. Basic covers the website, admission, students, academic setup, attendance, notices, SMS and teacher and parent logins. Standard adds routine, exams, results, certificates, fees, online payment, student login and teacher management. Premium includes everything in the system.

Local details a school system must get right

Language comes first. The dashboard and website switch between Bangla and English with one click, and school content shows in Bangla when no English text has been added. The website can show your EIIN, board, MPO code, managing committee, recognition letters and board results by year, which guardians and inspectors often check. Emergency numbers such as the national helplines can sit on the contact page.

Internet and power matter too. The system is a web application, so a teacher who loses power at school can finish attendance from a phone on mobile data. A nightly backup of the database and files goes to the server and to the school's own Google Drive, so one failed disk does not wipe out years of records. For background on how online fee collection works with local gateways, read our payment gateway guide for Bangladesh.

Mistakes schools make when buying a school management system

  • Buying on the feature list alone. A long list means little if the fee module cannot handle a partial payment or a sibling discount. Test your hardest real case.

  • Skipping data cleanup. Importing a messy student list creates duplicate IDs and wrong guardian numbers, and then SMS goes to the wrong family. Clean the list before import.

  • Leaving the SMS text unchecked. Guardians read every message. Review the templates for absence, dues and results before going live, and use the test SMS button.

  • Giving everyone admin access. Set roles from day one. Taking access away later is much harder.

  • Expecting modules that are not there. Our current version does not include library, transport, hostel, general accounts or a separate mobile app. Ask every vendor the same question and get the answer in writing.

How setup works

We start with a call to understand your classes, sections, fee heads and exam pattern. Then we install the system on your domain and hosting with your school's name, logo and colours. It runs on normal cPanel hosting with one cron job. If you already keep student data in Excel, we import it through CSV and set up the class-wise fee structure. We connect your SMS company and payment gateway when you need them, then check everything with your office staff before you go live. After handover we support the system under a maintenance agreement, which needs access to your server and a signed contract.

The software is built on Laravel, the same framework behind our Laravel web application work. If your institution also runs a Hifz or Qawmi section, look at our madrasa management software as well, since it is planned around a madrasa's daily routine.

School Management Software FAQ

Still have a question?

Our team answers within a few hours on working days.

Ask our team
01 How much does the school management software cost?
The cost depends on the package, the modules you need, data import and the SMS and payment gateways you connect. We do not publish a fixed price. After a short requirements call we send a written quote so you can see exactly what is included.
02 Does it work in Bangla?
Yes. The website and dashboard switch between Bangla and English with one click. School content shows in Bangla when no English text has been added, and the Hind Siliguri font keeps Bangla text readable.
03 Can you import our existing student list?
Yes. Student records can be imported and exported through CSV, so a list kept in Excel can be brought in. We suggest cleaning duplicate names and wrong guardian numbers first, because SMS depends on those numbers.
04 Which hosting do we need?
The system runs on normal cPanel hosting that supports Composer and one cron job. Each school gets its own copy on its own domain and hosting, so your data stays on your server.
05 How can parents pay fees online?
Parents can pay through the bKash Payment Gateway with a merchant account, or through SSLCommerz for card, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank. They can also send money to the school's bKash or Nagad number and enter the TrxID for the office to approve.
06 Is there a mobile app?
There is no separate app. The website, dashboard, parent panel and teacher pages all work in the phone browser, so teachers can take attendance and parents can check results from any phone.
07 Does it include library, transport or homework?
Not in the current version. Library, transport, hostel, general accounts and homework are not part of the system today. Tell us during the requirements call if you need them and we will tell you plainly what is possible.
08 Can we try the school software before we decide?
Yes. The live demo lets you log in as Super Admin, Accountant, Head Teacher, Teacher, Parent or Student with one click. You can admit students, collect fees, enter marks and publish results with sample data.
