How We Edit Video Ads
Built Around the First Seconds
The opening shows the product, the problem or the result straight away. No logo intros. The brand appears once the viewer is already watching.
Right Format for Each Platform
9:16 for Reels, Stories and TikTok, 4:5 for Facebook and Instagram feeds, and 16:9 for YouTube in-stream. Text is kept away from areas covered by app buttons.
Several Versions to Test
For each product we can deliver different openings or angles from the same footage, so you can test them in Ads Manager and keep the one that brings orders at the lowest cost.
Matched to Your Offer and Page
The price, offer and wording in the ad match your landing page or product page, so people who click are not confused when they arrive.
Need longer brand films, YouTube videos or reels that are not ads? See our video editing service. If you also want help planning and running the campaigns, see our ads campaign service.
Video Ad Types We Edit
Product Demo Ads
The product in use, close-ups of material and finish, size compared with a hand or a common object, and the price on screen. These work well for online shops selling with cash on delivery, because they set clear expectations and can reduce returns.
Customer Review Style Ads
Short clips of real customers talking about the product, with captions and key lines highlighted. We only use reviews from real buyers who agreed to appear. We do not create fake testimonials.
Facebook, Instagram & TikTok Vertical Ads
Fast, native-looking vertical edits with on-screen text, natural Bangla speech and trending-style pacing, made to sit naturally among normal posts and reels.
YouTube In-Stream & Bumper Ads
In-stream ads can be skipped after five seconds, so the brand and the main benefit come first. Six-second bumper ads carry one simple message.
Cut-Downs from Longer Videos
If you already have a long video, a webinar or a brand film, we pull out the strongest moments and turn them into short ads with captions.
Not sure which platform to start with? Our guides on Google Ads vs Meta Ads and TikTok advertising costs help you plan a budget before you order ad creative.
What to Prepare Before You Order Video Ads
-
Clear Product Footage
Close-ups in daylight, the product in use and a few seconds of each colour or size. Shoot vertically if the ads are mainly for Reels or TikTok.
-
One Main Offer per Ad
Price, discount, free delivery or a gift. Pick one main message for each version instead of putting everything in one ad.
-
Real Reviews, with Permission
Customer videos or screenshots only from real buyers who agreed to be featured.
-
Brand Files
Logo, brand colours and fonts if you have them, plus any past ads that worked well or badly.
-
Platforms and Placements
Tell us where the ads will run, such as Facebook feed, Reels, TikTok or YouTube, so we export the right sizes from the start.
-
Delivery and Payment Details
Delivery areas and times, delivery charges, cash on delivery, bKash or Nagad, and your exchange policy, so the ad answers common questions.
How do you know if a new edit is better? Look at the numbers in your ads manager, not the likes. Compare how many people watched past the first three seconds, the click-through rate and the cost per order between versions. Give each version a fair budget and a few days before deciding. To count orders correctly, see our guide on Meta Ads conversion tracking.

01 Why Many Video Ads Waste Their Budget
A video ad has about a second or two to make someone stop scrolling. Many ads we review lose people in that time, before the product even appears. The budget is spent, but most of the people who saw the ad never learned what it was selling.
The same mistakes show up again and again:
- Slow openings: an animated logo, a greeting or a wide shot of a shop front before anything interesting happens.
- No captions: many people watch on buses, at work or late at night with the sound off. Without captions, a talking-head ad says nothing.
- TV-style edits: polished commercials with stiff voiceovers that look out of place between friends' posts and reels.
- Missing practical details: no price, no delivery information and no clear way to order.
- A page that does not match: the ad promises one offer and the landing page shows something else.
A good video ads editing service fixes these at the editing stage, before you spend money finding out the hard way.
02 How a Short Video Ad Is Structured
Most of the short ads we edit follow a simple four-part order. The timing changes with the product, but the order rarely does.
- Opening (first 1 to 3 seconds): something that makes people stop: the result, the problem, a surprising close-up or a short question in large text.
- Problem or context: a quick, familiar situation. For a rice cooker, that might be rice burning on a normal pot on a busy morning.
- Product and proof: the product solving that problem on camera, with key features in short captions and a real review if you have one.
- Offer and next step: price, any discount, delivery areas, cash on delivery or bKash, and exactly what to tap or whom to message.
The page people land on matters as much as the ad. Our guide to building a high-converting landing page explains how to match the two.
03 Video Ads, Campaigns and the Page People Land On
An edited ad is only one part of a campaign. The same video can do well or badly depending on targeting, budget and the page it sends people to.
If you run your own ads, we deliver files ready to upload with a short note on which version to test first. If you want us to handle the campaigns too, our Facebook ads and TikTok ads teams can use the results from each test to plan the next batch of edits.
We also check the landing page or product page before launch. A slow page, a missing price or a long order form can waste a good ad, so we point out these problems before the budget is spent.
04 Our Editing Workflow, Step by Step
1. Footage and brief. You share raw footage, product details and brand files through Google Drive or a similar link. We look at the product, the price, common customer questions and the platforms you will use.
2. Angle plan. We suggest two or three angles or openings to test, such as a problem-first version, a demo version and a review version.
3. First cut. We cut out dead time and weak takes, build the opening and set the order of the story. Usually the first drafts of a small batch are ready in two to four working days, depending on the number of versions.
4. Captions, graphics and sound. We add captions in Bangla or English, price and offer text, simple graphics, licensed music and a clean voice mix that works on phone speakers.
5. Review and export. You send feedback with timestamps, we apply the agreed revisions and export each version in the sizes you need for every placement.
05 Music, Claims and Platform Rules
Ads that break platform rules get rejected or limited, which wastes both editing time and launch days. We check these points while editing:
- Music: only licensed or royalty-free tracks, or sounds from the platform's own commercial library.
- Claims: no promises the product cannot prove, such as guaranteed weight loss or instant results. Health, beauty and finance ads are checked more strictly.
- Before and after shots: these are restricted for some product types on Meta and TikTok, so we suggest other ways to show results.
- Real people: customers and staff shown in ads should have agreed to appear.
For more detail on TikTok in particular, read our TikTok advertising policy guide.
