Company Website Design for Businesses in Bangladesh
We design and build company websites for businesses in Bangladesh that need to look credible to buyers, partners, banks and job seekers. Your services, projects, management and certificates are presented clearly, pages load fast on mobile data, and your own staff can update news and job posts.
Mobile first
Designed for phone screens and slow connections
Bangla & English
Menus and content in both languages when needed
Staff-editable
News, jobs and projects updated from an admin panel
Domain in your name
Hosting and access held by your company
Your website is checked before anyone calls you
Company website design is about answering the questions a stranger has before they trust your business: who runs it, what you actually do, who you have done it for and how to reach a real person. A buyer comparing three suppliers, a bank officer reviewing a loan file or a graduate deciding where to apply will all open your website first.
Many company sites in Bangladesh were built years ago, still show an old phone number and a news section last updated before the pandemic, and break on a phone screen. That sends the wrong signal even when the business itself is doing well.
We plan the pages around your audience, write the structure with you, design and build the site, and hand it over with the domain and hosting in your company's name.
The site looks older than the company
An outdated layout, stretched photos and dead links make a growing business look inactive to buyers who have never met you.
Nobody in the office can update it
Every new job circular or project photo needs the original developer, who may no longer answer the phone.
Domain and hosting are not in your name
The site sits on a freelancer's account, so renewals, email and access depend on one person outside the company.
Enquiries go nowhere
The contact form sends to an old email address, or there is no form at all, so serious buyers give up.
Proof of work is missing
Projects, clients, certificates and factory photos stay in a PDF profile instead of on pages buyers and search engines can find.
Pages and features we can include
Home page with a clear message
What you do, for whom, and the next step, visible on the first screen of a phone without scrolling.
About and management
Company history, chairman or managing director message, board and key team members with photos.
Service and product pages
One page for each service or product line, written for the person searching for it, with a direct enquiry button.
Sister concern pages
Group companies get their own section or sub-site, linked from one parent site with a shared look.
Projects and portfolio
Completed projects with photos, location, client type and scope, filterable by category or year.
Clients and certificates
Client logos used with permission, compliance and quality certificates, memberships and awards.
Careers and job circulars
Post openings from the admin panel and accept CV uploads, with applications sent to HR.
News, notices and events
Updates, press coverage, event photos and official notices your staff can publish themselves.
Enquiry forms with routing
Separate forms for sales, partnership and support, each delivered to the right department mailbox.
Bangla and English versions
A language switch with properly written content in both languages, not machine translation pasted in.
Downloads
Company profile, brochures, catalogues and forms as downloadable files that you can replace any time.
Search engine setup
Page titles, descriptions, clean URLs, sitemap, structured data and Search Console connected at launch.
Speed and mobile layout
Compressed images and light code so pages open quickly on mobile data and older phones.
Security and backups
SSL, spam protection on forms, admin roles and a backup routine agreed before handover.
Companies we design websites for
Group of companies
Groups with several sister concerns that need one parent site and clear pages for each business.
Manufacturers and exporters
Factories that foreign buyers check for capacity, machinery, compliance and certificates before a visit.
Construction and engineering firms
Contractors and engineering companies that win work through past project records and enlistments.
Consultancies and professional firms
Audit, legal, architecture and advisory firms whose website must show people and expertise.
IT and service companies
Companies selling services to other businesses that need case studies and a strong enquiry flow.
NGOs and development organisations
Organisations reporting programs, publications and partners to donors and the public.
What a well-planned company website does for you
A company website rarely closes a deal by itself, but a weak one quietly removes you from shortlists you never hear about.
Book a free call-
Buyers trust you sooner
Management, projects and certificates on clear pages answer the background questions before the first meeting.
-
Enquiries reach the right desk
Each form goes to the department that can reply, so leads are not lost in a shared inbox.
-
Your team keeps it current
Staff can post news, jobs and projects from a simple admin panel without calling a developer.
-
Google can find your services
Separate service pages with proper titles give search engines something specific to show for each search.
-
Recruitment gets easier
Job seekers see your culture and open roles, and CVs arrive in one place.
-
You control the assets
Domain, hosting and admin access stay in the company's name, not with an outside individual.
What company website design should achieve
A company website has a different job from an online shop or a landing page for an ad. Most visitors are not buying on the spot. They are checking you. A foreign buyer wants to see your factory and compliance papers. A corporate client wants to see similar projects you have completed. A tender evaluator wants your registration details and experience. A job candidate wants to know whether the company is stable. Good corporate website design gives each of them a short, clear path to what they came for.
That means the site should answer five things quickly:
- Who you are. The legal name, how long you have operated, who leads the company and where the office is.
- What you do. Each service or product line on its own page, in words a customer uses.
- Proof. Projects, clients, certificates, memberships and real photos rather than stock images.
- How to reach you. Phone, email, map, WhatsApp and a form that reaches a person who replies.
- That you are active. Recent news, current job posts and an up-to-date copyright line.
Our company website checklist covers each of these sections in more detail.
Planning company website design in Bangladesh
Some details matter more here than in templates designed abroad. Plan for them from the first meeting:
- Management message. Many buyers and partners in Bangladesh expect to see the chairman or managing director, with a short message and photo.
- Bangla and English. Export and B2B firms usually lead with English. Companies serving local customers or government bodies may need full Bangla pages. Decide early, because it doubles the content work.
- Mobile data. Most visitors arrive on phones. Large sliders and uncompressed photos make the first screen slow, and slow pages lose visitors before they read anything.
- Business email. A Gmail address on a corporate site looks temporary. Our guide to business email on your own domain explains the options.
- Ownership. Register the domain and hosting in the company's name, with login details kept by a director, not only by the developer.
Website design for company groups with sister concerns
Groups often have a garment unit, a trading arm and a real estate business under one name. You can build one parent site with a section for each concern, or a parent site linked to separate small sites. One site is easier to manage. Separate sites suit concerns with very different buyers. We help you decide based on who visits each business.
Content and photos decide the result
The design can only be as convincing as the material behind it. A stock photo of smiling office workers says nothing about your company. A clear photo of your production floor, your site engineers at work or your team at a client meeting says a lot. Before the build, collect:
- Real photos of premises, machinery, completed projects and key people, taken in good light.
- A list of projects with client type, location, year and scope, cleared for public use.
- Scans of certificates, licences and memberships you want to show.
- Short profiles of directors and department heads.
If writing is the bottleneck, we draft the page text from interviews with your team, and you correct the facts. That usually moves faster than waiting for each department to send paragraphs, and it keeps the voice consistent across the site.
Custom design or WordPress
For most company sites, the choice is between a custom-designed website and a WordPress website. Both can look professional and load fast if built properly.
- WordPress suits companies that publish news, jobs and notices often and want a familiar editor. It needs regular updates and good security settings.
- A custom build suits companies that want a distinct design, fewer moving parts, or features such as a dealer login or project database that a theme does not handle well.
Either way, avoid a theme stuffed with features you will never use. It is the most common reason a business website design feels slow and generic. Our article on website design for manufacturers and exporters shows how factories present capacity and compliance.
What affects the cost
We quote after a requirements call, because two company sites can differ a lot. The price depends on:
- The number of pages and unique page layouts.
- Whether you need Bangla and English versions.
- Content work: writing, editing, photography or product data entry.
- Features such as careers with CV upload, project filters, downloads or a dealer area.
- Moving content and search rankings from an old site.
- Hosting, backups and the support agreement after launch.
Mistakes to avoid
- Starting with colours instead of content. Decide what each page must say before anyone designs it.
- One page for all services. Searchers look for one specific service. Give each its own page.
- Inflated claims. Visitors trust specific project details more than broad promises.
- Forgetting old URLs. When you replace a site, set redirects so existing Google rankings and shared links still work. Read our guide on when and how to redesign a company website.
- No owner after launch. Name one person in the company who is responsible for keeping news and jobs current.
How a project with us works
We begin with a discovery call to understand your business and who visits the site. We agree a sitemap, plan the key layouts, design the home page for your review, then build the inner pages and admin panel. Before launch we test on phones, set up search basics and redirects, and connect analytics. You receive admin access, and we support the site under a maintenance agreement, which needs hosting access and a contract. If your current site no longer reflects the company you run, send us a short brief and we will plan the pages with you.
How we build your company website
-
Step 1
Discovery and sitemap
We learn your business, audiences and competitors, then agree the list of pages and what each must answer.
-
Step 2
Content and wireframes
We plan the layout of key pages and help shape the text, while you gather photos, logos and certificates.
-
Step 3
Design and build
You review the home page design first, then the inner pages are built and connected to the admin panel.
-
Step 4
Review, SEO and launch
We test on phones and browsers, set up titles, sitemap and redirects from the old site, then go live.
-
Step 5
Handover and support
You get admin access and short notes, and we support the site under a maintenance agreement.
