Salon Management Software for Parlours and Spas in Bangladesh
We build salon management software for beauty parlours, men's salons and spas in Bangladesh. It keeps your appointment book, walk-in queue, client history, billing, packages and stylist commissions in one system, so the front desk stops juggling a diary, a phone and a calculator.

One system for the front desk, the chairs and the owner
Salon management software replaces the paper diary, the WhatsApp booking chats and the end-of-day cash count with one shared record of who is booked, who served them and what was paid. We plan and build it for parlours, barbershops and spas in Bangladesh, around the way your front desk already works.
Most salons we speak to have the same daily strain: a bridal client who paid an advance by bKash but is missing from the diary, two beauticians booked for the same facial slot, a package with three sessions left that nobody can find, and a commission sheet that takes the owner a whole evening at month end.
The system we build fixes those gaps one module at a time. You choose what you need now, and the rest can be added later as you open another branch or start selling products.
Double bookings and missed advance payments
Bookings come by phone, Facebook page and walk-in, and they end up in three places. A bride pays an advance by bKash, and on the day nobody can find the record.
Commission disputes at month end
Stylists are paid partly on the services and products they sell. Working that out from handwritten slips leads to arguments and lost trust.
Packages and memberships tracked on paper cards
A client buys a ten-session hair spa package, loses the card, and the desk has no way to confirm how many sessions are left.
Back-bar products disappear without a trace
Hair colour, keratin and facial kits are used every day, but nobody knows how much each service consumes or when stock will run out.
No view of what each branch earns
Owners with two or three outlets get a daily phone call with a cash figure and little else, so they cannot compare branches or staff.
Modules we can include in your salon system
Appointment book by stylist and room
A day and week view per beautician, chair or spa room, with service duration, buffer time and colour codes for confirmed, waiting and done.
Walk-in queue
Add walk-in clients to a waiting list, see who is free next, and move them into an open slot without breaking the booked schedule.
Online booking page
Clients pick a service, a preferred stylist and a time from their phone. The slot is held only when the rules you set are met, such as an advance for bridal packages.
Client profiles and service history
Phone number, past visits, notes on skin type, allergies or hair colour formula, so any staff member can serve a returning client properly.
Billing and checkout
Bill several services and products on one invoice, apply discounts with an approval rule, split payment between cash, card and mobile wallet, and print or SMS the receipt.
Packages, memberships and gift vouchers
Sell multi-session packages and prepaid memberships, deduct each visit automatically, and issue voucher codes that can be checked at the desk.
Staff commission and incentives
Set commission per service, per product or per target, and get a ready summary for each staff member at the end of the month.
Staff roster and attendance
Weekly shifts, leave days and attendance, so the booking page only offers times when that beautician is actually in.
Retail and back-bar stock
Track products sold to clients and products used in services separately, with expected use per service and a low-stock list for reordering.
SMS reminders and offers
Booking confirmations, a reminder before the appointment, package expiry notices and festival offers sent by SMS through a local gateway.
Loyalty points and feedback
Points on each visit that clients can redeem later, plus a short feedback request after service so you hear about problems early.
Multi-branch control
Each outlet sees its own diary and stock, while the owner sees sales, bookings and staff performance for all branches together.
Reports for the owner
Daily sales, cash and wallet totals, top services, busy hours, repeat clients and staff earnings, filtered by date and branch.
What changes once the system is in place
We decide the modules with you on a requirements call, so you only pay to build what your salon will use.
Book a free call-
One diary everyone trusts
Phone, page and walk-in bookings land in the same schedule, so the desk stops guessing who is free.
-
Commissions without the argument
Each stylist can see what was billed under their name, and the month-end sheet comes from the same records.
-
Fewer no-shows
SMS reminders and advance payments for long services mean fewer empty chairs at busy times.
-
Packages you can prove
Every session used is recorded against the client, so there is no dispute over how many are left.
-
Stock you can plan
You see which products sell, which ones services use up, and what to reorder before a festival rush.
-
A clear picture across branches
The owner can check sales and bookings for each outlet from a phone without waiting for a call.
What salon management software should handle every day
A salon runs on time. Every chair, beautician and treatment room is worth money only while it is busy, and the most common losses come from small gaps: a booking that was taken on the phone but never written down, a facial that ran thirty minutes over and pushed the next three clients late, or a package session that was used but never deducted. Good salon management software closes those gaps by keeping the schedule, the client and the bill in one record.
At minimum, the system should let the front desk see every stylist's day at a glance, add a walk-in without disturbing booked clients, bill several services together and record how the client paid. Everything else, from loyalty points to multi-branch reports, sits on top of that core. If the core is weak, the extra modules do not help.
Bookings, walk-ins and the stylist's chair
Parlours and barbershops in Bangladesh usually get a mix of booked and walk-in clients. A men's salon may be mostly walk-in, while a ladies' parlour in wedding season may be fully booked weeks ahead. The schedule needs to handle both: fixed bookings with service duration and buffer time, and a live queue that shows who is waiting and which chair frees up next. If you also want clients to book themselves, the same rules can power a public page, similar to the appointment scheduling software we build for clinics and consultants.
How to choose salon management software for your business
Before you compare any beauty salon software, write down how money and time actually move in your salon. Then check each option against that list.
- Service menu with durations. Can it store each service with its own time, price and the staff who can perform it?
- Commission rules. Can it pay a fixed share on services, a different share on retail products and a bonus on targets, as you do today?
- Packages and memberships. Does it deduct sessions automatically and show the balance on the bill?
- Stock used in services. Can it separate products sold over the counter from products used on the chair?
- Branch and user control. Can a receptionist take bookings without seeing the owner's reports or changing prices?
- Billing at the counter. Is checkout fast enough on a busy evening, the way a good POS software setup should be?
Many ready-made salon and spa software products are built for other countries. They price in foreign currency, send SMS through gateways that do not reach local numbers well, and have no place for a bKash transaction ID. That is often the reason a parlour asks for a system built around its own process.
What affects the cost
We do not quote a fixed price on this page, because two salons rarely need the same thing. The cost depends on the modules you choose, the number of branches and users, whether clients book online, and which integrations are needed, such as SMS, a payment gateway or a receipt printer. A single parlour that needs a diary, billing and commission reports is a much smaller job than a chain with online booking, memberships and central stock. After a requirements call we send a written quote that lists each module.
Notes for salons in Bangladesh
- Bridal and festival seasons. Wedding months and the days before Eid bring the heaviest bookings of the year. The schedule should allow longer bridal slots, multiple beauticians on one client and an advance before the slot is confirmed.
- Advance payments by mobile wallet. Many clients pay a deposit by bKash or Nagad. The system can record the transaction ID manually, or take payment online through a gateway. Our guide to the payment gateway options explains the choices.
- Privacy for clients. Ladies' parlours often want client phone numbers and photos hidden from most staff. User roles let you decide who sees what.
- Power cuts and slow data. We build lightweight screens that load quickly on mobile data and keep the bill safe if the connection drops in the middle of checkout.
- Bangla SMS. Reminders in Bangla are read more often than English ones, so the templates can be written in either language.
Mistakes to avoid
The first mistake is buying salon software before agreeing on your service list. If the same treatment has three names and four prices across staff, any software will show messy reports. Clean the menu first. The second is skipping commission rules during planning. Staff accept a new system faster when they can see their own earnings in it from the first week. The third is ignoring how clients find you. A booking system works best when people can reach it, so think about your Facebook page link and a basic local SEO setup so the booking page actually gets visitors.
The last mistake is trying to launch everything at once. Start with the diary, billing and client records. Add memberships, loyalty and multi-branch reports once the desk is comfortable.
How setup works
We build salon systems as web applications on Laravel, which means they run in a browser on a desk computer, a tablet or a phone, with no app to install. You can read more about our Laravel web application service and how a web application differs from a normal website.
The process is simple. We hold a requirements call, map your services and staff, show you the main screens, build the agreed modules, and let your desk test them with real bookings. When you are ready, we import your client list and active packages, set up SMS and payment connections, and hand the system over. After launch, we can support it under a maintenance agreement with access to the server. If you also want a public site where clients browse services and book, we can add a booking website that feeds the same diary.
How we plan and build your salon system
-
Step 1
Requirements call
We go through your services, pricing, staff pay rules, packages and branches, and agree what the first version must do.
-
Step 2
Screens and service menu
We map your service list, durations and rooms into the system and show you the booking and billing screens before building the rest.
-
Step 3
Build and test with your desk
We build the agreed modules and your front desk tries them with real bookings, so problems show up before launch.
-
Step 4
Data import and launch
We import your client list, packages and product list when needed, set up SMS and payments, and switch you over.
-
Step 5
Support under agreement
After handover we fix issues and add modules under a maintenance agreement, with access to the server and system.
