Hotel Management Software for Hotels and Resorts in Bangladesh
We build hotel management software for hotels, resorts and guest houses that want reservations, front desk, housekeeping and billing in one place. Every charge, from the room to the restaurant and laundry, lands on the guest's folio, and owners can see occupancy and revenue for each property without waiting for the night report.

Rooms, guests and bills on one screen
Hotel management software keeps track of the three things a hotel sells and cannot afford to lose: room nights, guest details and charges. A booking taken over the phone, a walk-in guest at midnight and a reservation from an online travel agency should all land on the same room calendar, so nobody promises the same room twice.
Nexteio builds this software for hotels, resorts and guest houses in Bangladesh as a planned project. We study your room types, rate plans, booking sources, departments and approval rules, then build the front desk, housekeeping, billing and reporting screens your staff will use on every shift.
Double bookings and missed reservations
Bookings arrive by phone, Facebook, email and travel sites. A paper register or a shared spreadsheet cannot keep up, so the same room gets sold twice.
Guest bills missing charges
Restaurant, laundry and minibar slips reach the front desk late or not at all, and checkout turns into a dispute with the guest.
Room status found by phone call
The front desk rings housekeeping to ask whether a room is clean, while the arriving guest waits in the lobby.
Guest ID records kept in files
Copies of NIDs and passports pile up in folders, and finding a past guest's details when authorities ask takes far too long.
Owners cannot see occupancy from afar
Resort and group owners depend on calls and spreadsheets to learn occupancy, advance payments and the day's cash.
Modules we can build into your hotel system
Reservations and room calendar
Every room by date with tentative, confirmed and checked-in bookings, advance payments and the source of each booking.
Room types and rate plans
Room categories, seasonal and weekend rates, corporate rates and meal packages, controlled by the manager rather than desk staff.
Check-in and check-out
Guest registration with NID or passport details, room assignment, room moves, extensions and a final bill at departure.
Guest folio and billing
Room charges post each night, services add to the same folio, and the bill can be split between a company and the guest.
Housekeeping and room status
Clean, dirty, inspected and out-of-order status updated from a phone, with a daily task list for each housekeeper.
Restaurant and room service
Restaurant bills and room service orders post to the room folio, with kitchen tickets sent to the kitchen.
Online booking engine
A booking page on your own website with live room availability and advance payment through a local gateway.
Channel manager connection
Rates and availability kept in step with online travel agencies when your hotel uses a channel manager service.
Advances, payments and refunds
Cash, card, bKash, Nagad and bank payments recorded against each booking, with receipts and refund records.
Corporate and agent accounts
Company and travel agent accounts with agreed rates, credit limits and monthly statements of unpaid bills.
Store and purchase
Stock of linen, toiletries, minibar and kitchen items, with purchase requests and issues to each department.
Night audit and day close
A daily close that posts room charges, checks open folios and locks the day's figures against later edits.
Owner and manager reports
Occupancy, average room rate, revenue by department, collections and dues for each property, viewable on a phone.
Guest records and access control
Guest history, preferences and ID scans stored with limited access, and exportable when an official request comes in.
What your hotel gains
We agree the modules with you during planning, so a small property does not pay for features it will never use.
Book a free call-
One calendar for every booking source
Phone, walk-in, website and travel site bookings sit on one calendar, so overbooking stops being a daily risk.
-
Shorter check-in and checkout
Guest details are captured once, and the final bill is ready because charges were posted during the stay.
-
Charges that reach the bill
Restaurant, laundry and minibar charges post to the folio when the service happens, not from slips found later.
-
Rooms ready when guests arrive
The front desk sees cleaning status live and assigns only rooms that housekeeping has marked ready.
-
Every property in one view
Owners check occupancy, collections and dues across properties without calling each manager.
-
Guest records you can find
Past stays and ID details come up by name, phone or passport number in seconds, with access limited to the right staff.
What hotel management software should cover
Every hotel runs on the same loop. A room is booked, the guest arrives and registers, charges build up during the stay, the guest pays and leaves, and the room is cleaned for the next arrival. Hotel management software follows that loop so each department sees the part it needs and nothing falls between desks. In the trade it is often called a hotel property management system, or PMS, and it sits at the center of the front office.
Core modules
- Reservations: a room calendar, booking sources, advances, group blocks and cancellations with a reason.
- Front desk: guest registration with ID details, room assignment, room moves, extensions and early departures.
- Folio and billing: nightly room charges, extra services, discounts with approval, and split bills between a company and a guest.
- Housekeeping: room status, task lists, lost and found, and maintenance requests for broken fittings.
- Night audit and reports: closing the business day, occupancy, average rate, collections and outstanding dues.
Hotels with a restaurant usually want food bills to post to the room. That works best when the restaurant side uses the same database, either as a module inside the hotel system or through a restaurant management system connected to the folio.
Choosing hotel management software for your property
A business hotel near an industrial area and a resort with cottages and a pool have very different days. Before comparing options, write down how your own property works and which problems cost you the most money or goodwill.
- Count your booking sources. If most bookings come from online travel agencies, keeping availability in step matters most. If they come from corporate clients, company accounts and credit control come first.
- Watch a checkout. Note how long it takes to collect slips from the restaurant and laundry. That delay is exactly what folio posting should remove.
- Ask about the night audit. A clear day close stops back-dated changes to bills and keeps the cash report honest.
- Check mobile use. Housekeepers and owners rarely sit at a desk, so their screens must work well on a phone.
- Plan for more properties. If a second property is likely, design rates, reports and guest history for a group from the start.
Ready-made hotel software can suit a small guest house that only needs a calendar and invoices. When your hotel has its own rate rules, packages, departments or approval chains, a hotel management system built as a Laravel web application can follow those rules exactly. Our article on web application development explains how a system like this is planned and built step by step.
What decides the cost
The price is set after a requirements call, never from a list. The main factors are:
- which modules you need, from a simple room calendar to full folio, housekeeping, store and accounts
- the number of properties, rooms, users and devices
- integrations such as a channel manager, payment gateway, SMS, door locks or accounting
- an online booking engine for your website, and how it should look
- hosting on a cloud server or a local server at the property, and how much data needs importing
Third-party services, such as channel manager subscriptions, gateway fees and SMS, are billed by those providers directly.
Things specific to hotels in Bangladesh
Guest registration needs care. Hotels record NID details for local guests and passport and visa details for foreign guests, and the police or other authorities may ask to see this information. The software should store these records safely, limit who can view them and produce the guest list in the format you are asked for.
Payments are mixed. A family may send the advance through bKash and settle the balance in cash, while a company pays by bank transfer at the end of the month. Each payment needs a clear receipt against the booking. For online advances on your own website, we connect a local gateway; our guide to choosing a payment gateway in Bangladesh covers the options.
Demand is seasonal at beach and hill resorts, with long holidays and the Eid periods filling rooms quickly. Rate plans should handle peak dates, minimum stays and packages without staff changing prices by hand. Weak internet and power cuts in remote areas mean a resort may want a local server that keeps the front desk working and sends reports to the owner when the line is back. If you also want a proper booking site for guests, see our hotel and travel booking website service.
Common mistakes
- Keeping a paper register as a backup. Two records always drift apart. Once the system is live, the old register should stop.
- Letting anyone edit rates. Rate changes and discounts need approval and a log, or revenue reports lose their meaning.
- Ignoring housekeeping. If room status is not updated from the floor, the front desk calendar cannot be trusted.
- Posting everything at checkout. Charges should post when the service happens, not from slips gathered on the last day.
- Leaving accounts disconnected. Daily revenue, advances and dues can flow into your accounting software so the books match the front office.
How we set up your hotel management software
We start with a requirements call and a walk through your front office, housekeeping and restaurant. Then we write the scope, room types, rate rules and reports for your approval and send a quote. During the build we load your rooms and rates and test a full stay, from booking to checkout and night audit, with your front desk team.
Before going live, we import future bookings and guest records from your spreadsheets or old program where the data allows, set up hosting and devices, and run the first days alongside your staff. You receive admin access at handover, and we support the system under a maintenance agreement with access to your server.
