Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: when you give it to us, when you sign in with Google or Facebook, and automatically when you use the website.
Information you give us
You decide what to share. Most of it comes from forms you fill in yourself.
- Contact, quote and Start a Project forms: your name, phone number, email, company name, the service you need, your budget range and your message
- Account sign-up: your name, email address and a password, which is stored in a scrambled (hashed) form that we cannot read
- Orders: the package or service you order, project details, files you upload, messages with our team and payment status
- Newsletter: your email address when you subscribe
Signing in with Google or Facebook
If you choose to sign in with Google or Facebook, that service shares a few profile details with us after you approve it. We never see or store your Google or Facebook password.
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your profile picture, if you have one
- An account ID that lets us recognise you next time you sign in
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records some technical details each time a page loads. We use them to keep the site working, safe and easy to use.
- IP address and approximate location, such as city or country
- Browser, device type and operating system
- Pages you visit, the page that sent you here and how long you stay
- Date and time of each request, kept in our server logs
- Cookies and similar identifiers, explained in the cookies section below
