Real Estate Website for Developers, Agents and Property Portals

We design and build a real estate website for apartment developers, agents and property portals in Bangladesh. Buyers see real facts about each project or listing, book a site visit or message on WhatsApp, and every enquiry reaches the right salesperson with the property already named.

A property site that turns visits into site tours

A real estate website should help a buyer shortlist a flat, plot or shop from a phone and then contact the right person about that exact property. We build these sites for developers, agents, brokerages and portal startups in Bangladesh, planned around how your sales team works.

Many property firms rely on a Facebook page full of renders and a phone number. The calls come, but half of them ask for basic facts, and the other half never say which project they mean. Leads from ads, forms and calls end up with different people and nobody knows who followed up.

We put the facts, the photos and the enquiry flow in one place. Each project or listing has its own page, sold units are marked, and every form or WhatsApp message carries the property name to your sales desk.

01

Enquiries that do not name a property

Buyers call or message asking for the price, and the salesperson has to guess which project or listing they saw.

02

Sold and rented units still advertised

Old listings stay online after a flat is booked or a shop is let, so staff waste time on calls about properties that are gone.

03

Pretty renders, missing facts

The site shows 3D images but no floor plans, unit sizes, handover date or approval status, so serious buyers leave to ask elsewhere.

04

Leads scattered across staff

Ad leads, website forms and phone calls reach different people, and there is no record of who replied or when.

05

Hard to buy from abroad

Buyers working overseas face slow pages, no walkthrough video and forms that reject an international phone number.

What we can build into your property website

Project showcase pages

One page per project with location, unit types, features, payment options, gallery and a brochure, filtered by ongoing, ready or upcoming.

Property search and filters

Search by buy or rent, property type, location, size, bedrooms and price range, with results that load quickly on a phone.

Floor plans and unit availability

Floor-wise plans with sizes and a clear mark on booked units, so buyers see what is still open before they call.

Construction progress updates

Dated photos and short videos for each ongoing project, which existing customers and new buyers both check.

Site visit booking

Buyers pick a project and a preferred date and time, and the request goes to the sales team with their contact details.

Call and WhatsApp buttons

Tap-to-call and WhatsApp links on every listing, with a pre-filled message that names the property.

Enquiry tracking

Every lead is stored with its source, property, assigned salesperson and status, so follow-ups are not forgotten.

Agent profiles

Each agent has a profile with photo, contact and their own listings, and enquiries route to the agent handling that property.

Listing submission

Owners or agents add listings with photos and key facts through a form, and an admin approves them before they go live.

Featured and paid listings

For portals, listing packages and featured spots that advertisers can buy, with an expiry date on each.

Location maps

A map for each property with nearby schools, hospitals, markets and main roads marked, which buyers ask about early.

Brochures and documents

Downloadable brochures and fact sheets, with an option to ask for a phone number before the download starts.

Blog and buyer guides

Articles on buying process, registration steps and area guides that bring search visitors and answer common questions.

Admin roles

Separate access for management, sales staff and content editors, so each person changes only what they handle.

What a well-planned property website changes

We start with the pages and enquiry flow your sales team needs now and plan portal or back-office features for later stages.

Book a free call
  • Every enquiry names the property

Forms, calls and WhatsApp messages arrive tagged with the project or listing, so the first reply can be specific.

  • Fewer calls about basic facts

Sizes, floor plans, handover dates and features are on the page, so calls start with serious questions.

  • No more chasing sold units

Availability is updated in one place and shown everywhere, which protects your credibility with buyers.

  • Leads that do not slip away

Each enquiry has an owner and a status, so managers can see which ones are waiting for a reply.

  • Ad money sent to the right page

Campaign traffic lands on the exact project page, and tracking shows which ads bring real enquiries.

  • Buyers abroad can decide remotely

Videos, maps, progress photos and international contact options let overseas buyers shortlist without a visit.

What a real estate website has to do

A buyer looking for a flat or a plot rarely decides on the first visit. They compare projects over weeks, share links with family, and often ask a relative abroad for an opinion. A real estate website has three jobs during that time: show each project or property honestly and in enough detail, make it easy to ask a question or book a site visit, and make sure every enquiry reaches a salesperson who follows up. If any of the three is missing, the site becomes an online brochure that brings few calls.

The detail matters more than the decoration. Buyers want floor plans with sizes, the number of units per floor, parking, the handover date, approval status, the land owner arrangement, and photos of construction as it stands today, not only 3D renders. Our article on property websites that bring enquiries covers which details lead to calls.

Three common types, and which one you need

Developer project website

An apartment or commercial developer usually has a handful to a few dozen projects. Each one needs a full page: location map, unit types, floor plans, features, payment options, progress photos and a brochure. Visitors should filter by status, such as ongoing, ready or upcoming, and by size. Booked units should be marked so the sales team is not asked about flats that are already gone. For a developer whose brand matters, a site designed from a blank page through our custom website design service usually fits better than a stock theme.

Agent or brokerage listing website

An agent or brokerage handles many smaller listings: flats for sale, rentals, office space, shops and land. Here the search matters most: buy or rent, property type, price range, size, bedrooms and location. Each listing needs photos, key facts and a contact button tied to the agent handling it. Listings must be quick to add and quick to mark as sold or rented. Our guide on real estate agent websites lists what buyers expect from a property listing website of this kind.

Property portal website

A property portal website lets many owners, agents and developers post their own listings. It needs user accounts, listing approval, paid packages or featured spots, spam control and reports for each advertiser. This is a bigger build, closer to a classified site, and it usually runs as a custom web application rather than a plugin.

Features worth planning for a real estate website in Bangladesh

  • Search that matches how people ask. Buyers search by location, size in square feet, bedrooms, price and whether the flat is ready or under construction. Land buyers think in katha and decimal, so the site should show the units they use.
  • Floor plans and unit availability. A table or floor-wise layout showing which units are still open saves many phone calls.
  • Payment options. Booking money, down payment and instalment options described per project, without publishing anything you prefer to discuss in person. Price on request is a valid choice.
  • Construction progress. Dated photos or short videos for each ongoing project. Buyers and existing customers check these more often than any other page.
  • Enquiry and site visit booking. Short forms, a call button and WhatsApp, each tagged with the project or listing, so the sales team knows what the person asked about.
  • Lead tracking. Enquiries go into a list with source, project, assigned salesperson and status. If you already need a full sales pipeline, the site can feed our CRM software.
  • Bangla and English. Many local buyers prefer Bangla, while buyers working abroad often read English. Both versions should hold the same facts.

Planning for buyers who live abroad

Bangladeshis working overseas are a large share of the market for flats and plots. They cannot drop by the project, so the website has to do more of the explaining. Clear photos and walkthrough videos, a map, approval details, the developer's completed projects, and a way to request a video call or a callback in their own time zone all help. Pages must load properly on a foreign mobile network, and forms should accept international phone numbers without errors.

Website and back office: where the line sits

A website shows properties and collects enquiries. Tracking flat bookings, instalment collection, rent, owner statements and maintenance requests belongs in a back-office system. Some firms need both. We can build the public site first and later connect it to real estate management software, so the availability shown online comes from the same records the sales office uses.

Choosing a build route

For an agent or a small developer with a modest number of listings, WordPress with a property plugin can work well and lets staff add listings themselves; we build these through our WordPress website service. For a developer with many projects and unit-level availability, or a portal with paid listings, a custom build is usually the stronger base. We recommend one after seeing your listing volume and sales process.

What affects the cost

We quote after a requirements call, because the scope varies widely from firm to firm. The cost depends on:

  • whether you need a developer site, an agent listing site or a multi-user portal;
  • the number of page templates and how much custom design you want;
  • search filters, maps and unit availability features;
  • lead tracking, CRM, SMS and WhatsApp connections;
  • Bangla and English versions;
  • importing existing listings, photos and brochures.

Mistakes to avoid

Do not publish projects with renders only and no real facts; buyers notice and move on. Do not leave sold units listed as available, because each wrong call costs the buyer's trust. Do not upload full-size photos straight from a camera, since heavy pages lose visitors on mobile data. And do not send paid traffic to the homepage. Point Facebook and Google ads at the specific project page, as our article on Facebook ads for real estate explains.

How real estate website development works with us

We start with a requirements call about your projects or listings, your buyers and how your sales team handles enquiries. We agree the page list, features and build route, design the main templates, and build in stages for your review. We import projects, photos and brochures when needed, connect forms, WhatsApp and SMS, test on phones, and launch. After handover we support the site under a maintenance agreement, which needs access to the server and website.

Real Estate Website Development FAQ

Still have a question?

Our team answers within a few hours on working days.

Ask our team
01 How much does a real estate website cost?
It depends on the type of site, the number of templates, search and availability features, and connections such as CRM, SMS and WhatsApp. A developer site with a few projects needs far less work than a portal with paid listings. We send an itemised quote after a requirements call.
02 Can our sales team add and update listings themselves?
Yes. Staff get an admin panel to add projects or listings, upload photos, change status and mark units as booked, without needing a developer for routine updates.
03 Can buyers contact us on WhatsApp from the site?
Yes. Each listing can have a WhatsApp button with a pre-filled message that names the property, along with tap-to-call and a short enquiry form.
04 Do you build property portals where others post listings?
Yes. A portal needs user accounts, listing approval, packages or featured spots and spam control. We plan it as a custom web application and agree the rules for advertisers with you first.
05 Will the website work in Bangla and English?
Yes. Project facts, listings and forms can be in Bangla, English or both, and we keep the two versions linked so facts do not drift apart.
06 Can the site help buyers who live abroad?
We add walkthrough videos, maps, progress photos, callback requests and forms that accept international numbers, and we test pages on slower connections.
07 Can it connect to our booking and instalment records?
The website itself handles listings and enquiries. If you need bookings, instalments or rent tracked, we can build a back-office system and connect it so availability stays in sync.
08 Do you move our existing projects and photos?
When needed, we import projects, listings, photos and brochures from your current site, spreadsheets or shared folders, and resize images so pages stay fast.
