Sustho

The brief

Sustho is a pharmacy website for families in Bangladesh who buy the same medicines every month. Many homes manage diabetes, blood pressure or heart medicine for an older parent, and running out is a real worry. The site needed to feel safe and friendly, show that every medicine is genuine and make repeat orders easy.

What we built

• Monthly refill: diabetes, BP and heart medicines delivered every month with 10% off.
• Price compare: shoppers compare companies that make the same generic and pick the smaller bill.
• Shop for each family member: little ones, mothers, grandparents and everyday care.
• Budget bands from under ৳499 to ৳2,499 for vitamins and care products.
• Ask our pharmacist: a clear prompt to message a pharmacist about a medicine or a dose.
• Easy checkout with cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad and cards, plus sign-in by SMS code and order tracking.

How it was built

Sustho runs on WordPress with a custom theme and a light store plugin instead of WooCommerce. The design is soft and reassuring: sage green with warm peach touches on cream white, in rounded Nunito type with Hind Siliguri for Bangla. Plain labels keep it easy to read for older buyers, and the pages load quickly on mobile data.
