Diagnostic Center Management Software

The brief

A diagnostic center in Bangladesh lives on samples and reports. Complaints come from mixed-up tubes, reports that leave without a signature and patients who call again and again to ask if a report is ready. Many centers also pay referring doctors a share of each bill. They needed one system that follows every test from the counter to the patient's phone, without the ward and theatre screens a hospital uses.

What we built

• Billing at the counter from the test price list, with discounts, part payments, dues and a printed money receipt.
• Lab worklist from waiting and collected to verify, ready and delivered, with barcode tube labels.
• Results with H and L flags against male and female ranges, and the previous result shown beside the new one.
• Pathologist verification before any report is ready, then an A4 report with a QR check.
• Report-ready SMS and online download with the bill number and mobile number.
• Imaging templates for X-ray, ultrasound, ECG, CT, MRI and more, plus referral commission statements and payout vouchers.

How it was built

This is the diagnostic edition of our Laravel 12 medical software, with 16 modules on top of the core and no inpatient screens. The public website uses violet and magenta, shows tests and prices, a home collection call button and a Download report button. Doctor chambers, a pharmacy counter, accounts and payroll run in the same dashboard.

The result
