Stayora

The brief

Hotels, resorts and guest houses in Bangladesh pay commission on every room sold through travel sites. This hotel needed its own booking website for direct bookings, with live room prices, payment options guests trust and an admin panel that runs the front desk every day.

What we built

• A booking bar on the home page with check-in, check-out, rooms and guests, plus featured suites, amenities, offers and testimonials.
• Room pages with a gallery, amenities, reviews and a calendar of free days, then extras such as airport pickup or breakfast and a coupon.
• Flexible payment: pay at the hotel with an advance, or online by bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz or Send Money.
• A front desk screen for arrivals, departures, in-house guests and walk-ins.
• A room calendar and housekeeping board, with iCal sync to cut double bookings from travel sites.
• Reports and group quotes, with occupancy, room revenue, ADR and RevPAR.

How it was built

Stayora is built with Laravel and has its own admin panel for bookings, rates, rooms, guests, staff roles and every text and photo on the site. The guest website switches between English and Bangla. The design is clean, with a hero slider, a red accent color and the Plus Jakarta Sans font. The phone layout was designed on its own, so guests can book a room from a phone on mobile data.

The result
