The brief

Beauty buyers want to know if a cleanser suits oily skin, whether a lipstick comes in their shade and what is inside a cream. A skincare and makeup shop in Bangladesh needed to carry that information without crowding the page, and still keep ordering quick with cash on delivery and mobile wallets.

What we built

• A home page for beauty buyers with arch-shaped photos, shop by concern tags and category arches for skincare, makeup, haircare, fragrance, bath and body, and tools.
• A routine builder with four steps that adds the whole routine to the bag at once.
• A lipstick shade finder that opens the product with the chosen shade.
• Product pages with claim badges, skin types, shade swatches and tidy sections for ingredients and how to use.
• Shopping tools such as wishlist, quick view, photo reviews, back-in-stock alerts and pre-orders.
• Checkout with COD and an optional advance, bKash, Nagad and SSLCommerz, plus Steadfast, Pathao and REDX booking.

How it was built

Rupsha is built with Laravel and has its own admin panel, with product fields made for cosmetics: size, skin types, claims and full ingredients. The design is deep plum with soft blush, Fraunces serif headings, Jost body text and a lotus logo mark. Plain CSS and JavaScript keep pages light, and on a phone a bottom tab bar keeps the bag close while nothing scrolls sideways on mobile data.
