Pathshala

The brief

Pathshala is built for an online training school in Bangladesh. Learners want skills that lead to work, taught in Bangla, at a price they can pay with a mobile wallet. Before paying, they need to know how long a course is, what each module covers and whether they get a certificate. The site had to answer all of that on a phone screen.

What we built

• Pick your goal: learning paths for building websites, freelance design, IELTS band 7 and growing an online shop, each with the course order, total hours and one enrol button.
• Peek inside: modules and lessons for a course, a free preview lesson, and the level, language, format and certificate details.
• Five categories: web and code, design and video, English and IELTS, business and marketing, and career and office.
• Course cards with hours, lesson count, teacher brand, rating and price.
• Enrolment offers with a countdown, plus study notes on topics such as finding a first freelance client.

How it was built

Pathshala is a WordPress course theme that uses our own store plugin for enrolment and payment, with bKash, Nagad and card. Access opens right after payment. The design is royal blue with a soft yellow accent and a coral sale color on white, and the Kalam and Nunito fonts give it a friendly classroom feel. It is light enough for students on mobile data.

The result
