The brief
Theme makers, plugin developers and designers in Bangladesh sell their work as files, not boxes. Buyers want to try an item before paying, check the version and last update, and pay with a local wallet. The file has to arrive the moment payment clears, with updates later.
What we built
- Shelves by type: WordPress themes, plugins, HTML templates, landing pages, UI kits, icons and fonts, and scripts.
- Live preview cards that show the version, last update, WordPress and PHP support, sales count and starting price.
- License picker with Regular, Agency and Extended options, explained in plain words.
- Instant downloads with a My downloads area, a Find my order link and a page on how downloads work.
- Markdowns and build notes: weekly deals, best sellers, new items and a changelog, plus compare and wishlist.
How it was built
Jhuli runs on WordPress with its own theme and a light store plugin, not WooCommerce, so product pages stay quick on mobile data. The design is white with a calm blue-teal accent and a serif display font for headings, which suits a shop for makers. Bangla text is supported through a loaded Bangla font.
