Haulora

The brief

Trucking, freight and contract logistics firms in Bangladesh win business from factories, importers and exporters. A buyer judges the company by its website before calling, so it must look established and show past work. After the contract is signed, the same site has to price jobs, track cargo and keep the office and drivers in step.

What we built

• Corporate homepage: a tracking box in the hero, a Request a Quote form, company numbers, the team and service cards for road, air, sea, rail, express and warehousing.
• Projects module: case studies with client, category, location, year, photos and result lines, shown in a homepage gallery.
• Quote requests with route, weight, volume and frequency, moving from New to Quoted, Won or Lost, and turning into a shipment.
• Rate cards and price calculator by mode and zone, with fuel surcharge, insurance and VAT.
• Shipments, dispatch and drivers: public tracking history, a dispatch board per branch and a phone panel for drivers.
• Client credit accounts with a credit limit, contract discount and billed and due amounts.

How it was built

Haulora is built with Laravel and has its own admin panel where every text, photo, number and list is edited. The design is white and orange with a thin top bar for phone, e-mail and hours. On phones each block is redesigned with sliders and a bottom bar for Home, Track, Ship, Quote and Account. Visitors can switch between English and Bangla, payments run through bKash, Nagad and SSLCommerz, and pages stay light on mobile data.
