The brief

Property portals and agencies in Bangladesh take listings from owners, agents and developers. Without checks the site fills with duplicates and wrong prices, and buyers leave. The portal had to make posting easy, keep listings clean, show prices the way people talk about them and make sure every enquiry reaches someone who calls back.

What we built

• Tabbed search for Buy, Rent and Sell with keyword, location, property type and price range.
• Owner listings with approval: owners post with photos, and the admin approves or rejects with a reason sent by SMS or e-mail.
• Full listing pages: prices in lakh and crore, size in square feet and katha, facing, floor plans, video, map and badges such as Hot Deal or Price Drop.
• Buyer tools: saved homes, compare up to four, Book a Viewing with day and time chips and a home loan EMI calculator.
• Leads pipeline: every enquiry becomes a lead that moves from New to Won or Lost, with a board view and a viewings calendar.

How it was built

Domora is built with Laravel and has its own admin panel for listings, areas, leads, agents, reports and site content. The design is white and green with a floating pill menu over the hero and a dark green footer. On phones the layout changes to a stacked search, sliders and a bottom bar, and pages stay light on mobile data. Visitors can switch between English and Bangla, and fake enquiries are limited with blocked numbers and an optional SMS code.
