The brief
Computer and gadget shops in Bangladesh carry hundreds of products, from monitors and SSDs to routers and smartwatches. Buyers compare specs and prices before they order, and they want to know about warranty. The shop needed a store that handles a big catalog, helps buyers choose and keeps stock honest for every model.
What we built
- Big-catalog header: search with a category picker, live suggestions and an All Category side menu for eight departments.
- Product compare: buyers put several items side by side to check price, brand, options and stock.
- Filters per category, such as storage, RAM or color, and a specs table on each product.
- Variants, warranty and pre-orders, with quantity prices for offices and reseller accounts.
- Deal of the Day and Hot Offers with a countdown, plus a blog for buying guides.
- Checkout with limits: cash on delivery up to a set amount, an optional advance, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and SSLCommerz.
How it was built
Digonto is built with Laravel and has its own admin panel for products, stock, orders, payments, Pathao, REDX and Steadfast parcels, returns and reports. The design is red and black with the Rubik font, bordered product cards with hover add-to-cart and compare buttons and a black category bar. On phones it switches to its own header, a bottom menu and two-column grids, and pages load only what they need for mobile data.
The result
An electronics store that helps buyers compare and order with confidence. Running a tech shop? See our Laravel website service or start your project.
