Dheu

The brief

Dheu is made for a seafood restaurant in Bangladesh that cooks prawns, crab, lobster and fish from the Bay of Bengal. Guests check the menu and prices on a phone before they come, and many want food sent home or a table for a family dinner. The site had to show fresh food, clear prices in taka and a quick way to book or order.

What we built

• Tabbed menu for starters, main course, seafood, drinks and desserts, each dish with a short line and its price.
• Signature dishes up front, with sale prices and an add to cart button on every plate.
• Table booking form with name, phone, date, time and up to 10 guests.
• From the boat to your table: three simple steps that explain the daily catch, the cooking and the serving.
• Dish pages with portion size, delivery time, pick-up time and reviews.
• Offer banner with a first-order code, plus a gallery and a blog.

How it was built

Dheu runs on WordPress with its own theme. WooCommerce powers the menu, cart and orders, with cash on delivery at checkout. The design pairs a sunset orange with deep navy on light sea blue and white, using Poppins text and a handwritten Caveat accent. Images and code stay light, so the menu opens fast on mobile data.

The result
