Darul Uloom Model Madrasa

The brief

A madrasa in Bangladesh needed one place to run everything online: a public website for parents and the community, and a dashboard for the office to manage students, teachers, fees and notices. Most of the visitors use a phone, and most of them read Bangla, so the site had to be fast, mobile-first and fully bilingual.

What we built

• Bangla and English website with one-tap language switch.
• Notice ticker and notice board so results, exam routines and events reach parents the same day.
• Departments, admission and donation pages with clear calls to action.
• Photo gallery for events and programmes.
• Guardian app and login where parents can follow their child's attendance, results and fees.
• Admin dashboard for students, teachers, classes, attendance, fee collection and reports.

How it was built

The whole system is a custom Laravel website: no heavy page builder, so pages open quickly even on slow mobile data. The design uses the madrasa's own green and gold colours, an Islamic pattern background and large, easy-to-read Bangla type.

The result

The office now publishes notices, takes admission enquiries and tracks fees from one dashboard, and parents get updates on their phone instead of waiting for a printed notice. Need a system like this for your institution? Tell us about your project.
