The brief

Bilati Pantry is an imported food shop website for a business in Bangladesh that sells foreign groceries such as pasta, cheese, chocolate and ramen. These buyers are careful: they want genuine stock, a clear best-before date and proper cold storage. The store had to earn that trust and make browsing by cuisine fun.

What we built

• Taste the World: shop by country, with Italy, Japan, Belgium, Spain, Korea and Turkey each linked to its foods.
• Six pantry aisles: Pasta and Sauces, Cheese and Olives, Chocolates and Sweets, Asian Pantry, Oils and Condiments, and Breakfast and Spreads.
• Just Landed row for new arrivals, with the country of origin in each product name.
• World Tasting Box shown as a boarding pass, a monthly box with a fixed price.
• Trust strip for genuine imports, best-before dates on every product page and cool storage for cheese and chocolate.
• Pack variants such as Single or Twin Pack, with Bangla and English names.

How it was built

The demo is titled as an ecommerce website template, and its source confirms WordPress with our own bilati theme and WooCommerce. The look is bold and playful: tomato red on white with Bodoni Moda headings and travel-style details. Checkout takes cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad and Rocket, and pages load fast on mobile data.

The result
