The brief

Appliance shops in Bangladesh sell big-ticket items like ACs, TVs and fridges. Buyers want to know the specs, the warranty and the monthly cost before they order. This store needed clear product facts, EMI prices, installation details and an easy way to compare models on a phone.

What we built

• Product cards with real specs: tonnage and room size for ACs, screen size and smart features for TVs.
• EMI per month shown under every price, with warranty notes such as a 10-year compressor.
• Compare tool: add models to a compare bar and check them side by side.
• Nine categories: ACs, TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, fans and coolers, rice cookers, kitchen appliances, LED lights and irons.
• Help pages for delivery and installation, warranty and returns, and EMI plans.
• Buying guides on picking a TV size and cutting the power bill.

How it was built

Bijli runs on WordPress with a custom theme and a custom store plugin. The design is white with a clear sky blue accent, so long spec lists stay easy to read. Pages are light for mobile data, and checkout takes cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad and cards.

The result
